SRS Brings ALDI and Two Other Tenants to Mountain Green Shopping Center in Upland

SRS Real Estate Partners announces completion of a 20,390-square-foot lease with ALDI,a 3,800-square-foot lease with Optima Salons and a 2,100-suare foot lease with Pathway Vet Alliance at the Mountain Green Shopping Center located at 357 S. Mountain Ave. in Upland. Already recognized as one of the highest performing centers in the area, ALDI will now anchor the center further building upon the strength of the neighborhood offerings.

SRS’ Senior Vice President and Managing Principal Terrison Quinn, Vice President Casey Mahony and Senior Associate Adam Handfield represented DMP Properties in the 15-year lease with ALDI, ten-year lease with Optima and ten-year lease with Pathway. Jason Gordon at Epsteen & Associates represented ALDI, Karen Sunday represented Optima Salons and Ryan Gast at CBRE represented Pathway.

Mountain Green is already home to CVS, Michaels, Sprint, Sally Beauty, and Jersey Mikes, among others. SRS previously represented the landlord of Mountain Green on transactions with Dunkin Donuts, Corky’s Kitchen and Bakery, Cakewalk, Jamba Juice, Massage Green and others. Mountain Green encompasses a total of 200,000 square feet of space.

“ALDI was attracted to Mountain Green because the center benefits from both regional positioning on I-10 as well as neighborhood pull given its close proximity to a multitude of residential communities. To underscore the strength of the center, SRS is also in negotiation with a popular national restaurant for a former El Torito space that we hope to announce soon,” said Quinn.
