BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (November 5, 2020) – SRS Real Estate Partners announced today that Discount Tire and Speedway are growing in Alabama.
Discount Tire is adding two Alabama locations. The company purchased retail at The Exchange at Homeplace in Prattville, Ala. The new location is 72,745 square feet and located at the intersection of US Highway 82 and Cobbs Ford Road. Discount Tire purchased a second location at 8565 Eastchase Parkway in Montgomery, Ala., and is 78,470 square feet. This will be Discount Tire’s third and fourth location in Alabama.
Discount Tire operates in 36 states in the United States and is the largest independent tire and wheel retailer in the world. The company in headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Speedway purchased 222,592 square feet of land for a new location on Kelly Creek Road in Moody, Ala. This will be Speedway’s fourth location in Alabama.
Speedway LLC is an American convenience store and gas station chain headquartered in Enon, Ohio, with locations primarily in the Midwest and the East Coast regions of the United States. Speedway stations are located in 32 states, up significantly from its core seven-state region in the Midwest since 2012.
