The sales price was $4.7 million. The fully leased property is home to Big Lots, Ruler Foods and Barton’s Home Outlet. Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of SRS represented the seller, Bodin Properties 6 LLC. The buyer was Anchor Investments LLC.
