Gardena, Calif. — SRS Real Estate Partners has arranged the sale of Gardena Plaza, a 55,705-square-foot shopping center located 13 miles southwest of Los Angeles in Gardena.
Green Farm Market anchors the fully occupied center, which is also home to tenants including Subway, T-Mobile and Wing Stop. Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther of SRS represented the seller, a Los Angeles-based private investor, in the transaction. Steven Doan of Realty One Group represented the buyer, a family partnership based in Los Angeles.
