SRS Real Estate Partners has recruited a top retail real estate producer in Atlanta to expand the company’s regional and nation platform.
Chris Routledge joins SRS as a senior vice president after having spent the last 11 years with Colliers International, where, as senior vice president, he led a team responsible for leasing more than 2.5 million square feet of shopping center retail space, representing such tenants as CVS Health, Salon Lofts, Black Walnut Café, Bargain Hunt and iPic Theaters
During that time, he also served as national co-chairman of Colliers’ New Generation National Advisory Board, was acknowledged as the number two retail producer with Colliers, and was named to the Colliers International Everest Club in both 2015 and 2016.
Additionally, Routledge has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for the past seven years, named as a Top 10 Georgia Retail Producer by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors for four years, and was ranked as the second-highest retail producer within the ACBR. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond.
