SRS Real Estate Partners has appointed Ara Rostamian as vice president with the National Net Lease Group in the firm’s Newport Beach office. Rostamian advises clients on acquiring or selling retail real estate properties throughout Los Angeles, Southern California and the Western U.S.
Retail experience
Rostamian brings 12 years of retail real estate experience. He joins from Strategic Development Advisors, where he was involved in more than $115 million-worth of commercial real estate transactions. Rostamian uses his background in valuation and development, as well as his market knowledge to source retail opportunities with value-add potential for redevelopment or repositioning.
Rostamian holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and is involved in the USC Real Estate Alumni Network.
Headquartered in Newport Beach, under the leadership of Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther, SRS has recently expanded NNLG’s West Coast presence with the opening of a new office in San Diego.
