The property is located at 430 Hurricane Shoals Road NW, which is situated on the northeast corner Hurricane Shoals Road NW and Maltbie Street NW. Springfield Plaza consists of 19,706 square feet on 2.74 acres of land. The seller, Hurricane Shoals Realty Partners, LLC sold the property to a local investor for $2 million on February 17, 2017
