ATLANTA (August 6, 2019) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce that the landlord leasing team in Atlanta has secured a lease with Slutty Vegan on Edgewood Avenue in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. 482 Edgewood will house the third Slutty Vegan location in Atlanta, owner Pinky Cole plans to offer vegan alcohol at the new location. The space is 1,500 square feet, and boasts a large outdoor courtyard. The new location is next door to neighborhood staple Edgewood Pizza and is scheduled to open early next year.
Slutty Vegan was founded the summer of 2018 by Clark Atlanta University graduate Pinky Cole. Having established roots in the West End community of Atlanta, they have made it their mission to provide quality vegan meals including meatless burgers and fries. Slutty Vegan has become an Instagram phenomenon and celebrity hotspot.
Located within a mile of downtown Atlanta, the Edgewood Avenue retail corridor features historic buildings and an assorted mix of food and beverage concepts. SRS Real Estate Partners recently announced the execution of Biggerstaff Brewing Company at 521 Edgewood Ave and Handlebar at 476 Edgewood Ave.
