Retail services provider SRS Real Estate Partners has opened a new office in downtown San Diego, at 402 W. Broadway Suite 400. It is the first office in the local market for Dallas-headquartered SRS.
A company statement said the new office includes Sam Hanna as senior vice president and Bryan Raphaelson as associate, who are both formerly with Marcus & Millichap and will provide advisory services for investors of single-tenant and net-lease properties in San Diego and elsewhere nationwide.
Officials said Michael Lagazo has also joined the San Diego office as a vice president, providing tenant and landlord services following several years working with retail real estate investment trusts. He has also served in roles at brokerage firm SVN (formerly Sperry Van Ness) and Aldi, where he was the grocer’s in-house real estate representative working on its roll-out in Southern California.
The San Diego team will be supported by an in-house transaction coordinator and related marketing services at the SRS office in Newport Beach. Started in 1986, the privately held SRS Real Estate Partners now operates 21 U.S. offices, with others in Canada and China.
