Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores, according to David and Angie Swiger of Swiger & Company Realtors, who coordinated the transaction for the buyers and sellers. The property is adjacent to Grand Beach Resort condos and a short distance from Gulf State Park Pier. The land measures 102 feet by 240 feet and is zoned business tourism.

LifeSouth Community Blood Centers has leased 1,400 square feet of retail space in Foley Plaza at 2159 S. McKenzie St., in Foley, according to Angie McArthur of Stirling Properties. LifeSouth will place a pop-up facility there.
The Alibi, a woman-owned barber shop, has leased 2,944 square feet of retail space in Music Plaza at 3656 Government Blvd., in Mobile, and is scheduled to open in the spring, according to Angie McArthur of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord.
