Red Mango has chosen Staubach Retail to provide services related to the expansion of the company’s frozen yogurt concept. With approximately 45 locations in operation in Seattle, California, Chicago and New York, Red Mango is expanding the concept nationally both with corporate stores and franchise stores. Staubach Retail will provide services including process development, portfolio management, site acquisition and construction management. Staubach Retail is also providing similar services for Red Mango’s partners and area developers, including services ranging from transaction management, dealmaking and/or project management to a fully accelerated turnkey development program.
