Newport Beach-based SRS Real Estate Partners has negotiated the lease a 21,440-square-foot building for Planet Fitness within Vons Circle Center, a 150,822-square-foot retail center at 1890 Ximeno Ave in Long Beach. Garrett Colburn, SRS Real Estate Partners’ executive vice president, Vice President Townsand Cropsey, and associate McCall Huske represented Planet Fitness in its 10-year lease. SRS senior VP Terrison Quinn and VP Casey Mahony represented the landlord, Regency Centers.
