Burlington Coat Factory leased a 51,621-square-foot space in Arcadia Crossing at the southwest corner of Thomas Road and 44th Street in Phoenix from Arcadia Crossing LLC. Ed Beeh with SRS Real Estate Partners in Phoenix represented the tenant, and Mike Polachek and Brian Polachek represented the landlord. Burlington Coat Factory plans to open a store at the former Ultimate Electronics space this fall.
