SRS Real Estate Partners boosted its Net Lease Group with the addition of Britt Raymond and Kyle Fant in the firm’s New York City office.
Raymond was named first vice president for NYC. She has established herself as a leader in the market through her expertise and closing over $230 million in commercial real estate transactions. Previously, Raymond worked for Marcus & Millichap.
Fant was named senior associate for NYC. In the past year, Fant has completed $100 million in assets sold while at Marcus & Millichap.
