Publix Super Markets Inc. has acquired the retail center houses the Wilmington Island location at 155 Johnny Mercer Blvd.
The grocer had been leasing the 43,783-square-foot center, which was previously owned by Sasser Family Enterprises, L.P., since 1993.
SRS Real Estate Partners’ Investment Property Group arranged the sale and the buyer was self represented. A purchase price was not disclosed.
