The center is located at 371 South Main Street, which is situated on the northeast corner of the intersection of South Main Street and East Griffith Street. Patton Square consists of 91,910 square feet on 8.47 acres of land and is anchored by BI-LO and Ace Hardware. The seller, an affiliate of Chen Development, LLC, sold the property for $7,300,000.00 on August 31, 2016 to a ProVest Properties, LLC.
