The price was not disclosed, with the Bexar County Appraisal District assessing the asset at West Military Drive and Northwest Loop 410 at $21.4 million.

SRS Investment Properties Group marketed the property on behalf of the seller.

The 10-year-old center is situated on just under 20 acres. Santikos developed the center’s various parcels, which house regional and national tenants, including Academy Sports & Outdoors, LA Fitness, Harbor Freight Tools, Factory Mattress, Concentra Urgent Care and Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen.

Thomas Tyng, Price Onken and Andrew Polunsky with REATA Real Estate Service are handing leasing for the shopping center.
