Tuscaloosa’s Midtown Village has seen new tenants added over the last few months, as well as more on the way.

The 344,000-square-foot outdoor shopping center welcomed three new additions late last year, and will open the doors of three more over the coming months.

Last November, women’s clothing store J. Jill, and restaurants Blaze Pizza and Wing Stop opened locations.

This month, women’s retail chain Torrid is opening at 3,500-square-foot store. Next month will complete the expansion of Tuscaloosa Nails & Spa, in a 4,170-square-foot location. And later this spring, Massage Envy will launch a new 2,533-square-foot location.

Over the past 18 months, Midtown Village has also seen the opening of South Boutique, Pho Town, Fruitta Bowls, The Baked Bear, Fab’rik and an expanded Planet Fitness, which now occupies 2,409 square feet.

All leasing transactions were handled by the leasing team at SRS Real Estate Partners, headed up by Martin Smith, under the asset and leasing oversight of F. Denver McGarey and The McGarey Group on behalf of the Ownership Group.
