A new center has opened in the West Valley — full of restaurants.

The Arrowhead Retail Shops have opened on the southeast corner of Bell Road and 75th Avenue in Peoria. The 9,900-square-foot space is home to a Café Rio, Smashburger, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, Even Stevens, and Mad Greens, all of which have been expanding throughout the Valley.

The space was developed and is owned by Armstrong Development. Ed Beeh, Sean Thomas and Chuck Gibson with SRS Real Estate Partners represent the Landlord, Armstrong Development. Scott Ellsworth with SRS Real Estate Partners represented Even Stevens.

“We are excited to present this project to the community and potential investors. It is a perfect complement to the adjacent Arrowhead Mall in a growing area within Peoria,” said Gibson.

The center is for sale at an asking price of roughly $9.3 million.

The southeast corner of Bell and 75th Avenue used to be home to a gas station.
