Two real estate pros have joined the National New Lease Group (NNLG) at SRS Real Estate Partners from their old jobs at Marcus & Millichap.
Britt Raymond is now first vice president. She has closed over $230 million in commercial real estate transactions, and currently represents more than $80 million in assets. She has also been recognized in the New York Real Estate Journal’s ‘Women in Real Estate Spotlight’.
Kyle Fant joins SRS with three years of experience specializing in investment sales of net lease, strip center, and anchored retail centers nationwide.
“Britt and Kyle’s presence in New York, and the expansion of the NNLG platform in the city, are crucial steps in continuing our growth,” said Matthew Mousavi, managing principal for NNLG. The group has closed more than $180 million in net lease transactions in the New York market over the past 24 months.
