It is roughly 98 percent occupied by tenants such as Walmart Supercenter, Goody’s, Goodwill, Dollar Tree, Shoe Show Mega Store, Hibbett Sports, Cato, H&R Block, Cricket Wireless, Little Caesars, Verizon Wireless, Subway, GNC, GameStop and more. The property is located at 525 Kimball Crossing Road, near the intersection of Battle Creek Road and Main Street. Kimball Crossing’s strategic location at exit 152b is visible from I-24 which has a traffic count of 43,390 vehicles per day. The seller, Brixmor, sold the property on September 28, 2018 to Regency Properties.
