We are excited to announce that Hilary Sievers, senior associate in the New York office, has been selected to receive the coveted John T. Riordan Professional Education Scholarship awarded by the International Council of Shopping Centers Foundation. Hilary is the second SRS team member to receive this scholarship, following the acceptance into the program of SRS Atlanta’s Adrienne Crawford in 2009. As part of its mission to encourage the continuing education of retail real estate professionals, the scholarship offers a week of rigorous study where attendees will deepen their knowledge of retail property and shopping centers, learn from experts, share ideas and identify successful strategies alongside colleagues from around the world. The ICSC Foundation selects individuals who have demonstrated industry aptitude and a commitment to further their professional development. Only 15 were selected from a multitude of applicants to participate in the program. “Hilary impresses us more and more every day,” said Erin Grace, SVP and market leader for the New York offices. “She is a go-getter who has a propensity for learning, growing, and taking on challenges.
