Here are the top commercial real estate producers of 2020

The Greater Phoenix industrial market posted its largest amount of net absorption in history during 2020, according to a report from Colliers International.

And another report shows that Phoenix is the sixth-hottest U.S. market for multifamily sales over the last decade.

And as we head further into 2021, the National Association of Realtors identified both Phoenix and Tucson as Top 10 commercial real estate markets for 2021.

Driving all that positive news for Arizona are the talented commercial real estate brokers who overcame a global pandemic to keep making blockbuster deals in 2020.

To honor the women and men who are helping to drive Arizona’s economy, here are the top commercial real estate producers who overcame many challenges to help make 2020 another banner year. These are the lists that were shared with AZRE magazine by the brokerage firms.
