The center is situated on 1.41 acres of land and is occupied by tenants such as Pet Supplies Plus, Oreck, The Casual Pint, and Regency Finance. Harvest Towne Center is located at 4824-4856 Harvest Mill Way with a traffic count exceeding 48,000 vehicles daily along North Broadway Street. The center is positioned near the intersection of North Broadway Street and Sanders Drive. The seller, Harvest Town Center, LLC d/b/a JBL Asset Management, LLC sold the property for $3.295 million on March 13, 2018 to SCGIX-Harvest Towne, LLC d/b/a South Coast Commercial, LLC.
