Hamilton Crossing Sold in Alcoa, Tenn.

ATLANTA (January 11, 2019) SRS’ Investment Properties Group (IPG) exclusively marketed and brokered the sale of Hamilton Crossing in Alcoa, Tenn., which is within the Knoxville MSA. The community center consists of 175,464 square feet and is situated on 17.99 acres of land. It is roughly 95 percent occupied by tenants such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ross Dress for Less, Michaels, PetSmart, Old Navy, Shoe Carnival, Buffalo Wild Wings, AT&T, Dental Works & Sears Dental, Five Guys Famous Burgers, Which Wich, and more. The property is located at 111-221 Hamilton Crossing Drive, at the intersection of West Bessemer Street and US-129/TN-115. Hamilton Crossing is located along US-129/TN-115 one of the area’s most highly-trafficked corridors which connects Alcoa and Maryville with Downtown Knoxville, accommodating 36,252 vehicles per day. The confidential acquisition was complete on November 21, 2018.
