Gumbo’s to open in Westlake

Gumbo’s Louisiana Style Cafe has leased space for its third Austin-area location. The newest space is a 5,682-square foot former Chili’s at Loop 360 and Westlake Drive in Austin.
The restaurant’s other two locations are in Round Rock and downtown Austin.
Sean Murphy, associate in the Austin office, and Mark Reeder, executive vice president in the Dallas office, both of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Brinker International, which owns Chili’s. Brad Campbell with Circle C Ranch Sales and Real Estate Investments represented Gumbo’s.
