Guiry’s Paint, a paint, art supply and interior design company, will open a new location in Westminster, CO after reaching a deal to lease 25,130 square feet at the Brookhill Town Center.
The 99,142-square-foot neighborhood retail center was constructed in 1984 at 6735 – 6795 W 88th Ave. in suburban Denver’s Northwest Retail submarket.
Jim Hoffman and Brian Hollenbeck of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, CW Financial Services, in negotiations.
