New Store to Open at Sisk Road Center in Modesto
Goodwill Industries of San Joaquin Valley Inc purchased the former Ethan
Allen building at 3900 Sisk Road in Modesto, CA, from Ethan Allen Retail
Inc. for $2.8 million, or about $194 per square foot.
Built in 2001, the 14,400-square-foot building is in the Sisk Road Center.
Goodwill will open a new store at the property.
Ron Bernasconi of Bernasconi Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, while Thomas Power of SRS
Real Estate Partners represented the seller.
