Garrett Colburn, senior vice president and market leader in SRS Real Estate Partners' Newport Beach office, has been selected as Planet Fitness' National Broker of the Year. Garrett completed 16 new leases for Planet Fitness over the last 12 months, and was up against 75 brokers across the country for the award.
