Garrett Colburn, senior vice president and market leader in SRS Real Estate Partners’ Newport Beach office, has been selected as Planet Fitness’ National Broker of the Year for the second year in a row. Garrett completed 17 new leases for Planet Fitness over the last year, which helped him to land the award over 75 other brokers nationwide. Across the country, Planet Fitness plans to add 150 new units this year, which will increase their unit count to more than 1,000 locations. Their rapid expansion has put them on Inc.
