A standalone site for a supermarket under construction in Riverside has been sold for $5.35 million, according to a statement from SRS Real Estate Partners, which represented the seller.
A Grocery Outlet Bargain Market is scheduled to open later this year at the intersection of Madison and Garden streets.
The property was purchased by an unnamed physician from Newport Beach as part of a 1031 exchange. The seller was a private developer, also from Newport Beach.
