(Austin, Texas) August 12, 2009 – Furniture Factory Warehouse has announced its’ first location in Central Texas. Opening in August, the 20,754 sf store will join co-tenants Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Cinemark at the Market Heights in Harker Heights, Texas.

“Furniture Factory Warehouse is excited about the opportunity to offer their product at competitive prices in the Killeen trade area,” said Robert O’Farrell, vice president of SRS Real Estate Partners’ Austin office. “This area is the fifth strongest local economy in the state of Texas, helped largely by Fort Hood, the largest military base in the country.”

SRS Real Estate Partners represented Furniture Factory Warehouse in two other leases this year. Their 22,872 sf location at Sunland Shopping Center in El Paso, Texas opening in early fourth quarter and 12,500 sf space at The Forum Shopping Center in San Antonio, Texas is currently open. The Harker Heights location marks Furniture Factory Warehouse’s 13th location in Texas.
