AUSTIN – (November 11, 2009) – SRS Real Estate Partners today announced Freeb!rds World Burrito (Freeb!rds) has leased 2,520 square feet in Round Rock, Texas at University Commons located at FM 1431 & IH-35 near a bustling area including the Round Rock Premium Outlets, IKEA, two hospitals – Seton Medical Center Williamson and Scott & White – and three universities/colleges – Texas State University, Texas A&M School of Nursing and Austin Community College.
Freeb!rds offers World Class Burrito’s and Tex-Mex food, which customers can order counter-style allowing them to customize their meal by choosing from a variety of fresh ingredients. Currently, Freeb!rds has 25 other locations in Texas.
