Electric car company leases Dania Beach showroom

Tesla Roadster Tesla Motors, the high-end electric car maker based in San Carlos, Calif., will open a 7,000-square-foot showroom in Dania Beach. The company took a five-year lease, which was brokered by CB Richard Ellis and SRS Retail Partners. Harry Tangalakis, senior vice president and Tom O’Loughlin, an associate with the CBRE Fort Lauderdale office, exclusively represented building owner Wilson Hollywood Showroom. Michael Mogerman and Terry Salzman with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant. The showroom at 1949 Tigertail Boulevard will display the Tesla Roadster and Model S.
