HOUSTON (February 8, 2017) – SRS Real Estate Partners is proud to welcome Ed Heap as first vice president in the Houston office. He will focus on tenant and landlord representation alongside the growing Houston team.
Heap joins SRS from the Weitzman Group where he focused on retail tenant representation and landlord representation in the Houston area. In the past few years he has worked on some high-profile listings including leasing the retail component of a new luxury high rise building in downtown Houston, and the sale of a historic building with a rich history in the midtown area. He has also worked with many notable retailers and landlords including Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas, Santikos Development, Claremont Properties, PMRG, Ivy Lofts Houston, Malawi’s Pizza, Sub Zero Ice Cream, Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Pizza Patron, and Wing Nutz.
Heap is a graduate of Sam Houston State University. He works with many charitable and cultural organizations that benefit the Houston community. He is part of the Breeders Greeters Committee for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, as well as part of the Young Associates supporting the Houston Symphony.
