SRS’ Investment Properties Group (IPG) exclusively marketed and brokered the sale of Dunedin Retail Shops in Dunedin, Fla. The center consists of 7,200 square feet situated on 1.19 acres of land. It is 100 percent occupied by tenants such as Starbucks, Verizon Wireless, Jersey Mike’s and Sun Country Cleaners. The property is located at 1785 Main Street with a traffic count exceeding 44,500 vehicles daily. The center is positioned near the intersection of Main Street and Virginia Street in Dunedin, Fla., which is a thriving Tampa sub-market. The seller, HB Retail Dunedin, LLC, sold the property for $3,725,000 on November 14, 2017 to Dunedin Ventures LLC, a private investment group.
SRS IPG executed a high-exposure marketing strategy after taking over the listing, which had been on the market for a year and had recently fallen out of a 45 day contract.
