Dawn Greiner
Well-respected by her clients, peers and colleagues, Dawn Greiner stands out at SRS Real Estate Partners as a Top Producer for the fourth year in a row (2012-2015). Beyond just closing deals, Greiner is extremely involved in targeting and pursuing new business opportunities, most notably with Main Event and Select Comfort. Her focus is tenant representation and managing national roll-out strategies for retailers including Carter's Inc. and Tween Brands, overseeing projects from the approval phase through opening. She has executed multiple transactions with clients such as America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Gap Inc., Sleep Number, MiniLuxe, Old Navy, Jos. A. Bank, the CATO Corp. and Jonathan Adler. Greiner also represents landlord Cypress Equities for a major project at US 75 and Walnut Hill in Dallas. Since January 2015, she has completed 86 tenant representation assignments totaling $133 million in transaction value and two landlord representation assignments totaling $9 million in transaction value.
