(Rosenberg, TX) March 18, 2009 – SRS Real Estate Partners announces Cracker Barrel has ground leased 1.92 acres of land located at the SEC US 59 S & Reading Road (Brazos Town Center) in Rosenberg, TX. Jonathan Moseley and Clay Graham both of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Cracker Barrel. Eric Walker of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord, A-S 92 Hwy 59-Reading Rd, LP.
