Cracker Barrel Announces Ground Lease in Pearland
(Pearland, TX) March 18, 2009 – SRS Real Estate Partners announces Cracker Barrel has ground leased 1.71 acres of land located at the NWC of SH 288 & Shadow Creek Parkway (Shadow Creek Marketplace) in Pearland, TX. Jonathan Moseley and Clay Graham both of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Cracker Barrel. Debbie Adams of Gulf Coast Commercial Group represented the landlord, GCCLE-Shadow Creek LP.
