RETAIL: Cracker Barrel has ground leased 1.7 acres at the northwest corner of Texas 288 and Shadow Creek Parkway in Shadow Creek Marketplace in Pearland. Jonathan Moseley and Clay Graham both of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Cracker Barrel. Debbie Adams of Gulf Coast Commercial Group represented the landlord, GCCLE-Shadow Creek.
