ORLANDO, Fla. (Nov. 7, 2017) – SRS Real Estate Partners’ broker, Cindy Schooler, CCIM, senior vice president in the Orlando office, was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute, one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world.
Schooler was among the newest 166 designees to be honored by CCIM Institute and their local chapter members during a pinning ceremony and cocktail reception on Oct. 17 at CCIM Institute’s Annual Governance Meetings, which was held at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto. The new CCIMs hail from 39 states, the U.S. commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and Canada, with the highest concentration in Texas, Florida, and California, and have varying years of experience and work in all aspects of the commercial real estate profession.

The CCIM designation is considered the most rigorous commercial real estate professional designation to obtain due to extensive coursework, a peer-reviewed commercial portfolio, and a final comprehensive exam lasting six hours. Five years is average time to complete the CCIM designation requirements.
