Erik Christopher joined SRS Real Estate Partners as senior vice president and co-market leader in the Denver office.
Christopher has experience on both the client and service provider sides, with more than 24 years of experience in commercial real estate, most recently as a broker at David Hicks & Lampert and principal of DHLC Retail Advisors.
There, he provided real estate consulting services to retailers and landlords in Colorado. His past experience across the U.S. includes market strategy and implementation for new concepts and expansion programs of growing retailers and landlord developments. Prior to his time in Colorado, he served as senior vice president of development leasing at DDR in Cleveland, vice president of leasing at PREIT in Philadelphia and senior leasing representative at Gap Inc. Christopher has worked with landlords including DDR, PREIT, QIC, Oliver McMillan, Inventrust and Starwood Retail on the leasing of existing retail assets, redevelopments and new development/predevelopment market analysis. He also provides consulting to major national, regional and local retailers.
He will share leadership responsibilities for the Denver office with Tony Pierangeli.
