Chris Maguire, who held the role of CEO of SRS Real Estate Partners from 1993 until last year, will resume his previous role next month. He will replace Clay Smith who is leaving the company effective April 2.
Maguire, a founding member of the firm, has been associated with SRS for more than 25 years. In addition to renewing his role as CEO, he will continue to chair SRS’ board and lead Cypress Equities, an affiliated firm he established in 1995.
Smith said, in an internal note to the company, that he had accomplished the goals he had set for the firm when he took over the CEO role last year.
