Chop Stop and Jimboy’s Tacos coming to Brea shopping center

Two new restaurants and two retail shops are coming to Brea Union Plaza, a large retail center at Imperial Highway and S. Kraemer Boulevard in Brea. The new tenants include Chop Stop, a chopped-salad franchise; Jimboy’s Tacos; Jerome’s Dream Shop mattress store; and Moore’s sewing center. Anchor tenants at the shopping center include Nordstrom Rack, Walmart and Ross. The brokerage SRS Real Estate Partners in Newport Beach negotiated the four leases at the 42-acre center at 2595 E. Imperial Hwy. The brokerages said the center is 100 percent occupied and benefits from an average population of 326,869 with an average household income of $113,157 (within 5 miles of the site).
