The Center at Four Points, a mixed-use development at RM 620 and Vista Parke, has added several new tenants and an estimated completion time for construction.
The initial lineup of tenants included Chick-fil-A, Discount Tire, Watershed Car Wash, Little Sunshine, Staybridge Suites and IHOP. Following the February sale of the 27-acre tract of land brokered by the Austin office of real estate company SRS Real Estate Partners, several businesses in the hospitality, restaurant and service retail sectors were in the process of contracting to move into the center.
A growing number of businesses are now confirmed tenants of the development, including Bliss Nails, Starbucks Coffee, Verizon and Roosters Mens Grooming Center, with the most recent addition being Chipotle in May.
A new timeline for completion of the development is also estimated for the beginning of next year.
“Pad sites should be completed late summer, and the retail buildings will deliver to tenants for finish out early first quarter of 2020,” said T.J. Powell, first vice president of SRS Real Estate Partners.
The Center at Four Points will contain approximately 125,000 square feet of office space, a hotel, and multiple retail buildings and pad sites.
