Comprehensive Portfolio Management Results in $1.1 Million Occupancy Cost Savings

One of the nation’s largest homebuilders sought an outside service provider to help achieve corporate objectives which included full lease administration and account management services. The initial contract for services commenced September 2007.

SRS provided comprehensive, web-based lease portfolio management to ensure effective lease management. The client needed organization and centralization of their lease administration portfolio and real estate account payable/receivable. 
SRS developed, abstracted and populated all lease data into a web-based lease administration custom-designed to meet client’s portfolio management needs. Validation guidelines for abstracted data were established and reports were created to specifically suit the client’s management reporting requirements. SRS established a monthly critical date meeting for each company and provided a single source interface with landlords. 

To date, this client has saved $1.1 Million in occupancy costs.
