Four new leases were signed at Brea Union Plaza, a nearly 1.2-million-square-foot power center in Brea, CA. SRS Real Estate Partners has brought 12,845 square feet of new tenants to the center, including Moore’s sewing center (6,545 square feet), Jerome’s Dream Shop mattress store (2,800 square feet), Jimboy’s Tacos (2,000 square feet), and Chop Stop (1,500 square feet).

The 42-acre power center at 315-2595 E. Imperial Hwy. is currently 100% occupied and anchored by Nordstrom Rack, Walmart and Ross. The property was built in 1999 at Imperial Highway and Kraemer Blvd.

SRS’ Terrison Quinn, Casey Mahony, and Tony Vuona represented the landlord.

SRS’ Quinn says, “While some in our industry are concerned about the long-term viability of power centers, Brea Union Plaza is performing well and is now 100% leased. “Proactive leasing and management are going to be critical in 2019 to keeping even the stronger retail centers fully leased,” he added.
