The community center consists of 63,707 square feet and is situated on 7.09 acres of land. It is roughly 97 percent occupied by tenants such as Marshalls, HomeGoods, Subway, Great Clips, Sally Beauty Supply, Sun Tan City and more. The property is located at 230 East Brannon Road, at the southeast corner of the intersection of East Brannon Road and Lexington Road. The seller, Viking Partners, sold the property on June 29, 2018 for $8.875 million to Brannon 230, LLC.
