SRS Real Estate Partners recently hired Amelia Hearin as an associate in its Birmingham office.
The company said Hearin will focus on tenant and landlord representation.
“We are excited to have Amelia join us in Birmingham,” said Martin Smith, senior vice president and market leader in the Birmingham office. “Her enthusiasm and expertise will undoubtedly have a tremendous impact on the overall success of our growing SRS team.”
Hearin most recently worked with Fuqua Development in Atlanta, where she worked on the development of The Battery mixed-use space at SunTrust Park. The Battery consists of 400,000 square feet of retail and restaurants at the new home of the Atlanta Braves in Cobb County.
She also brings experience from other mixed-use and grocery-anchored projects, as well as time in the business development and marketing industries.
Hearin is a graduate of Auburn University.
SRS Real Estate is involved in several notable Birmingham area projects, including 20 Midtown, Lakeview Green and others.
