A Restaurant Building Has Been Purchased

The Hummingbird Way Oyster Bar in Mobile, Tennessee, was purchased by investors, according to court records. Leigh Dale Younce, Sabrina Kortlandt, Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther of SRS Real Estate Partners, were the seller. The 4,839 square-foot restaurant opened in 2020 in the Oakleigh Garden Historic District.

According to David Swiger and Angie Swiger, a local investor paid $475,000 for Professional Park, a 4,000-square-foot mixed-use commercial building in Gulf Shores. The Swigers will work on the leasing and management of the property, which includes Beautiful Buzz Full Service Salon, Premier Staffing, and Steve’s Blue Ribbon Barber Shop.

According to James Henderson, the owner of Neal Commercial, a former convenience store in Prichard was purchased for $125,000.

FGP Holding, a subsidiary of Frios Gourmet Pops and FGP Manufacturing, has leased a 129,700-square-foot facility to the company, according to JLL’s Guy Oswalt.

Element Townhomes, a 420-unit facility located in Foley, is being approved by the Foley Planning Commission. And Outpost Orchard developers are looking for preliminary approval to develop 247 homel lots along 59 acres south of E. Michigan Avenue and just west of S. Pecan Street in Foley.

According to city planners, a developer is planning to annex and pre-zone 9.21 acres in 19326 Oak Road West in Gulf Shores and replace the Bay Village Mobile Home & RV Park.
